First impressions, from start to finish, and so forth down the line, from giving a customer instructional tutorials on proper equipment operation, to seeing them pulling into the lot and being out the door to help them in a prompt, positive, professional manor with loading to unloading. Making a point to ask customers questions related to their project to ensure proper equipment selection, and asking about the equipment’s performance upon its return so that it may be properly serviced. All this adds up to a terrific experience and a great value for our customers.

From there, the equipment is thoroughly cleaned, then inspected again, fully serviced, and finally tested to ensure proper operation. Rigorously maintaining equipment is fundamental in providing customers with a positive rental experience.
